Returns Policy

Read this return and refund policy carefully. Lukscoop assembles each Mystery package by hand with love and attention, and since each package will contain mystery products, these packages are not returnable. So, please make sure to read our entire policy before ordering.

Returns or Refunds for Subjective Tastes We do not allow customers to return products or receive a refund if the items or colors they receive do not match their expectation. We will not accept returns of items that fail to meet customers’ subjective tastes. Customers will be responsible for shipping and other fees associated with returns that are accepted.

Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages Once the carrier (FedEx, UPS, USPS) verifies that a package was delivered, our responsibility ends. After delivery, we will not be responsible for any lost, stolen, or destroyed packages. If your tracking number indicates “delivered” but you have not received your delivery, please contact the USPS directly for assistance. If your package bounces back to us, we will contact you to arrange for a re-shipment.

Order Cancellation Customers may cancel an order within 30 minutes of placing it. Past the 30-minute window for cancellation, all transactions are final, and cannot be modified or refunded. To help prevent fraudulent orders and refunds, there will be a 5% processing fee for refunds requested within 30 minutes of purchase. Thank you for your understanding.

Shipping Address The customer is responsible for providing a full and correct shipping address. Please contact us immediately to correct an incorrect shipping address prior to your item being shipped. If the consumer provides an incorrect or incomplete address, we will not be held liable for packages that are undeliverable.
